Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
The referral program is open to existing and past Moorhouse Coating clients. You must have completed at least one project with us to qualify. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
When will I receive my reward?
Your gift card reward is issued once the referred project reaches 50% completion and payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after that milestone.
What counts as a valid referral?
A valid referral is a business that is not already in our system as a prospect or client, and that results in a signed contract for commercial painting services. If the business is already in our pipeline, the referral will not qualify.
Can I refer multiple businesses?
Absolutely. There is no cap on referrals. Each qualifying referral earns its own reward based on the project size tier. Submit as many referrals as you like.
What gift card options are available?
Once your referral qualifies, we'll reach out to confirm your preferred gift card. We offer cards from major retailers including E-Commerce Distributor, Visa prepaid, Home-Improvement Retailer, and others. Your choice.
Referral Program Terms
- Rewards are issued after the referred project reaches 50% completion and payment is confirmed.
- The referrer must be an existing or past Moorhouse Coating client to qualify.
- Referred businesses must not already be active prospects or existing clients in the Moorhouse Coating system.
- The reward tier is determined by the final contracted project value, not the estimated size at submission.
- Gift card rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. One reward per unique referral.
- Moorhouse Coating reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program with 30 days notice. Qualified referrals submitted prior to any changes remain eligible.
