  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Warranty terms vary by project and will be specified in your project agreement. Standard warranties typically cover workmanship and materials as specified in the contract.

6. Liability Limitations

Moorhouse Coating maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the coverage amounts specified in our insurance policies and project agreements.

7. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing through a change order process. Additional charges may apply for scope changes.

8. Safety and Compliance

We adhere to all OSHA regulations and industry safety standards. Clients must provide safe access to work areas and notify us of any site-specific hazards.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Moorhouse Coating and protected by copyright laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in the project agreement.
