How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?
Phone calls during business hours are answered immediately. Emails receive a response within 4 business hours. Form submissions are reviewed the same business day, with a follow-up within 24 hours.
How will I be updated during my project?
You will receive a weekly email update summarizing progress, any schedule changes, and upcoming milestones. Your project coordinator will also call you at three key milestones: project kickoff, mid-project inspection, and final walkthrough.
Who should I contact if I have a concern during the project?
Call (855) 666-2628 and ask for your assigned project coordinator by name. If your coordinator is unavailable, a senior team member will address your concern immediately. For non-urgent concerns, the project update request form below routes directly to your coordinator.
What is the best way to request a schedule change?
Submit a schedule change request through the form below and select 'Schedule Change' as the update type. Please submit schedule change requests at least 48 hours in advance. Your coordinator will confirm the revised schedule within 4 business hours.
Can I reach someone after business hours for a non-emergency?
For non-emergency questions outside business hours, email info@moorhousecoating.com or leave a voicemail at (855) 666-2628. Your message will be reviewed first thing the following business day. For true emergencies involving active projects, the emergency line is monitored 24/7.
