Meoded products are mineral systems, not film-forming paint. Its Venetian plasters are limestone and marble dust that carbonate and harden back toward stone; Lime Wash is slaked limestone. Because there is no plastic film, Meoded rates the finishes as fully permeable and moisture-regulating, naturally resistant to mold and mildew, and zero grams per liter VOC. The practical difference you see is depth — the color sits at varying depths in the material rather than on a flat surface, so it shifts with the light through the day.

Stucco Lamundo if you want polish. It is burnished to a mid-to-high sheen with a marble-like read, it takes three coats, and it is interior only on Level 5 drywall. Marmorino Tintoretto if you want matte stone. It is flat to low sheen, takes two coats, works on Level 4 or 5, and is rated for exterior as well as interior. Tintoretto is also the more forgiving of the two — it can be finished smooth or deliberately rustic, where Lamundo shows every flaw in the substrate underneath it.

Yes — Concretta FS bonds directly to sound tile and marble without primer, which is the main reason people choose it for a bathroom refresh. Two things matter. First, the tile has to be sound: no loose pieces, no movement, properly cleaned. Second, waterproofing is mandatory, not optional. Shower walls need three to four coats of PlasterGuard, and shower floors and countertops need PlasterGuard plus PlasterSeal Plus, applied after a 72-hour cure. Over tile the plaster also needs 24 to 48 hours between coats rather than the usual 12.

Marmorino Tintoretto, Lime Wash, Concretta FS, and the EcoMortar lime stucco system are all rated for exterior use. Stucco Lamundo is interior only. For exterior porous substrates such as brick, cement, and stucco, the Lime Wash Base Coat is used as the primer. Meoded describes its limewash as naturally UV-resistant and states it will not crack, peel, or trap moisture — which is the usual case for lime over acrylic on masonry and older buildings that need to breathe.

Routine cleaning with a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals, which will burnish or dull a mineral surface unevenly. Sealed plaster is washable once Hydrowax or Stain Shield has gone on, and limewash in high-traffic areas should have three coats of Stain Shield. Resealing frequency depends on traffic and exposure rather than a fixed schedule. More than paint does. Stucco Lamundo requires Level 5 drywall — a skim coat over the entire surface — because a polished finish reflects every imperfection under it. Marmorino Tintoretto works on Level 4 or 5. Lime Wash is the most tolerant and goes over drywall, unsealed brick, stone, plaster, masonry, and previously painted surfaces, though interior drywall still needs the Lime Wash Base Coat.
